These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tripsessed website at tripsessed.com and any travel planning services provided by Tripsessed Luxury Travel Service ("Tripsessed," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Our Role as Travel Advisors
Tripsessed acts as a travel advisor and booking intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel service providers. Our role is to research, recommend, and facilitate bookings on your behalf.
All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective vendors and suppliers, which you agree to by proceeding with a booking.
Bookings & Confirmations
No travel booking is confirmed until you have received written confirmation from Tripsessed and all required deposits or payments have been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to review all booking details upon receipt of confirmation and notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies.
Payments & Deposits
Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and final payment deadlines vary by vendor and trip type and will be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation. Tripsessed does not hold client funds — all payments are made directly to travel suppliers or through approved booking platforms.
A planning fee may apply for complex itineraries. This will always be disclosed and agreed upon before any planning work begins.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies are determined by individual vendors and suppliers, not by Tripsessed. These policies will be clearly communicated before you confirm any booking. Cancellation fees imposed by vendors are the responsibility of the client.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation, interruption, and unforeseen events.
Expedition-Specific Terms
For group expedition bookings, the following additional terms apply:
- Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit
- Expedition deposits are non-refundable unless the expedition is cancelled by Tripsessed
- Tripsessed reserves the right to modify expedition itineraries due to safety, logistics, or circumstances beyond our control
- Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate visas, vaccinations, and travel documents for their destination
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain expeditions
- Tripsessed and United in One Global Foundation are separate entities; community activities on expeditions are organized in good faith and may be subject to change
Travel Documents & Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and any health documentation (including vaccinations) required for your destination. Tripsessed will provide general guidance where possible but cannot be held responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or other consequences arising from inadequate documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Tripsessed shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, strikes, health emergencies, terrorism, or the acts or omissions of third-party vendors.
In no event shall Tripsessed's liability exceed the total planning fees paid by the client to Tripsessed for the affected booking.

The content on tripsessed.com is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content on this website is prohibited.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Licensing
Tripsessed operates as a FORA-affiliated travel advisor. Travel services are provided in compliance with applicable state regulations. Florida Seller of Travel Registration No. ST43973 (held by Fora Travel, Inc.).
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
